We collect as little as possible. We do not sell your data. Ever.
PitRadio (pitradio.com) is operated by DCP3 Enterprises. We are a Formula 1 news aggregator based in the United States. For privacy enquiries, contact us at privacy@pitradio.com.
Email Addresses — If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address and a confirmation token. We use it only to send you F1 news digests and transactional emails (e.g. subscription confirmation). Legal basis: consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
Push Notification Tokens — If you enable push notifications, your browser generates a unique subscription endpoint. We store it solely to deliver notifications you have opted into. Legal basis: consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
Analytics Data — We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first analytics tool that collects no personally identifiable information, sets no cookies, and does not track users across sites. Data collected includes: page URL, referrer, browser type, operating system, device type, and country. No IP addresses are stored. Legal basis: legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

PitRadio is operated from the United States. Our third-party providers (Vercel, Supabase, Resend) process data in the United States and the European Union. Where data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards as required by applicable law.

PitRadio is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at privacy@pitradio.com and we will delete it promptly. We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
